Distinctive Visions Event Management was founded in 2016 by Nya Walls out of a passion for helping others create their dream event.  The Distinctive Visions Event team helps our clients celebrate their momentous occasions be it a Wedding, Private or Corporate Event. Our scaled services (Planning, Coordination, Decor Rentals) are catered to the needs and vision of our clients. We ensure that our client's needs are met with our attention to detail and communication channels open to them and the vendors we collaborate with. About Me

My name is Nya Walls,  I am a mom of two wonderfully comedic kids that works in IT by day and also an entrepreneur by day. I loved watching basketball action movies in my down time. Travelling and creating experiences with my family, enjoying the hustle and bustle that is New York are my favorite things to do next to planning an event. I am the most hilarious, outspoken introvert you will ever meet; say that three times really fast - lol. I began planning events after I planned my dream wedding and loved finding reasons to coordinate/decorate functions soon after.

Over time, I found myself helping others relieve their stress, balance their life loads by assisting them in planning their events and the rest is history. I treat each event as the major event in your life because honestly at that time it is, so let's partner up and make sure you enjoy it and execute your vision at the same time. A win win.
